Ern better known as E or Conchenz was born in Montgomery ,AL in a little town called Tuskegee in the summer of 1972. He and his mother left shortly after his birth and headed to Milwaukee , WI were he grew up on the northside he showed interest in music at an early age along with other talents like art his love for music and art pushed him to enroll in Milwaukee High School of the Arts as a visual arts major  were he won numerous awards and was introduced to plays and musicals and recitals during that time he met a young inspiring producer Jamal fna Greedy they then created the group Da Blackhole and it was history in the making after he graduated from Milwaukee High School of the Arts he joined the Army  during the Desert Storm war in the persian Gulf after the war he left the Army to pursue his career in Art and Music he then formed his own company called Fortunate Roots Productions and became an independent artist creating logos tattoo designs and t shirt designs but he still had a love for music so his best friend called him up with a proposition to start an independent record label and he accepted they then started the new independent label and called it Strange Brew Records
